The best villains are usually those who fascinate you so much that you almost forget to hate them. With the charming Jack Harper, better known as Illusive Man in the Mass Effect series, that's exactly the case. The way he smokes, drinks and sits in his office with his shirt casually open, pulling the strings, one could almost rather assume him to be in a James Bond film. But the head of Cerberus knows his way around aliens at least as well as he knows his way around humans.

In the role of Commander Shepard, you probably won't be able to avoid working together with Harper at one time or another. In the third part at the latest, however, he reveals his true core. Instead of wiping them out, he wants to bring the Reapers under his control. You can't let that happen, so you'd better bring him under yours in the form of the Mass Effect Statue Illusive Man.

It's detailed and shows Harper in a relaxed position in his chair. He probably hasn't realised what's happened to him yet. But even if he does, he can't easily fall off his feet, because he has a good grip on his armchair, which is firmly attached to the stable platform.

If you put him on the shelf in this form, he won't be able to get into mischief in the vastness of the galaxy. Mission accomplished ;)
