Did you ever misplace your keys or your purse and weren't able to find it again? Now you can use the Loc8tor to help you in such situations:
The Loc8tor consists of a searching device and small tags. If you attach the tags to the things you don't want to lose, you can easily search for them with the searching device. The search works in the following way: After choosing the tag you want to search for, the searching device starts to receive the signals from the tag. It then displays the strength of the signal and starts to beep with loudness according to the signal strength. You now have to turn around until the Loc8tor indicates the strongest signal. This is the direction where you will find the tag. In order to make the search even easier, the tag starts to beep and flash while you are searching for it.
The Loc8tor can manage up to 4 tags and the signal strength is displayed by LEDs. Two tags are included, in addition you'll get two protective covers with loops and two special covers which can be attached to a dog or cat collar. The two enclosed key ring loops help you to attach the tags to your bunch of keys or anything else what comes to your mind.
The tags have the following dimensions: 30.5mm x 19.5mm x 8.5mm. They weigh 5g. The normal searching device measures 5,5cm x 8,5cm x 0,5cm, the searching device needs a CR2032 battery. Each tag needs a LR54 battery. All batteries are included. The endurance of the batteries depends on the intensity of using. They usually will last 2-9 months.
