Description

  • Accessories for the 3Doodler 2.0 and 3 Doodler 3.0 Create
  • Facilitates intensive doodling
  • Except for the pedal these are not compatible with the 3Doodler 1.0

Maybe you already have some experience with the 3Doodler 2.0 or the 3Doodler 3.0 Create? This equipment helps you to work more flexibly to help all your 3D projects come true. Be aware that with exception of the pedal these accessories are only compatible with the 3Doodler 2.0 and 3.0 Create.

The pedal gives you more elbow room. The 2 buttons take over the function of the buttons on the 3Doodler. This way you can regulate the printing speed with your foot. The pedal allows you to move more freely – always useful while printing complicated shapes. It's also relaxing for your fingers, so that means you can doodle even longer ;). The cable is 120 cm long, enough to work comfortably on a regular height table.

Now that you've gotten used to your 3Doodler, you'll probably want try out more and more complicated shapes. And of course you want to work really precisely. A simple and useful tool for that is the DoodlePad.

If you want to doodle flat shapes, like the pieces for an airplane, you don't need to work on sticky or maybe heat-sensitive paper (or ruin the precious wood of the family's dining table) - just print them directly onto the DoodlePad. The pad is flexible and can be bent a little bit, so even filigree works can be freed without damage.

The pad has an imprinted centimetre raster and you'll find lines for 10°, 20°, 45° and 60°. Everything you need for exactly measured 3D masterpieces. Additionally, you can put patterns under the transparent pad and trace them directly.

Create your own projects or get inspiration from the many ideas of the Doodler Community. Here you'll find plenty of patterns for download.

In case you need some stimulation to get your creativity flowing you can turn to the handy & helpful 3Doodler Book. The book is in English and contains loads of pictures – photos of finished projects, patterns for retracing, and graphics that teach you step by step.

The volume starts with Bootcamp, where you'll learn basic methods like printing vertically or building a body. The different nozzles and their uses are explained, too. As soon as you know how to doodle a simple cuboid or a tiny dog, you can try out one of 26 projects :). It starts easy with a butterfly... before the more complex dragons and airplanes. The book shows stencils for each figure and explains the process step by step.

You'll find something nice for the holidays, too, no matter whether you celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas or New Year!

In addition to the projects, the book contains lots of pictures of small and big artworks that are sure to inspire you. With practice you'll be able to create a doodled portrait, wearable jewellery, or three-dimensional cubism for the wall.

For bigger projects you are usually restricted to work near an outlet, but the 3Doodler JetPack allows you to doodle everywhere, thanks to its small battery providing power for 2-3 hours of work. The exact time depends on the used plastic: if you choose PLA the energy lasts for about 3 hours, with ABS for about 2 hours (as ABS needs a higher temperature).

Recharging the battery takes around 3 hours. Simply connect it to your computer using the enclosed USB cable. The cable that connects the JetPack to the 3Doodler is about 140 cm long and so doesn't limit your movement. Attach the battery to your belt or pocket with the clip. Push the button on the top to see the charge level and you'll always know how much time you've got left for doodling.

Be free with your 3Doodler!

Note: This equipment is for the 3Doodler 2.0 and 3.0 Create and is not compatible with the 3Doodler 1.0.
